Lent is more than just a season of sacrifice—it’s a time to grow in faith, reset our hearts, and journey toward Easter with purpose. Inspired by Pope Francis’s 2025 Lenten message, here’s a daily challenge to help you pray, fast, and give in a meaningful way.
Each day has one simple, practical action—so by Easter, you’ll have 40 days of spiritual growth behind you!

Week 1: Reset Your Heart
🗓️ Day 1 (Ash Wednesday): Attend Mass and reflect on your Lenten commitment.
🗓️ Day 2: Fast from complaining—focus on gratitude instead.
🗓️ Day 3: Pray for someone you struggle to love.
🗓️ Day 4: Put your phone away for an hour and be fully present.
🗓️ Day 5: Read a Gospel passage and journal your thoughts.
🗓️ Day 6: Give up unnecessary spending—redirect that money to charity.
🗓️ Day 7 (Sunday): Rest and enjoy God’s presence without distractions.
Week 2: Go Deeper in Prayer

Week 5: Walk Closer with God

🗓️ Day 38 (Wednesday): Reflect on Jesus washing His disciples’ feet—how can you serve others?
🗓️ Day 39 (Holy Thursday): Attend the Mass of the Lord’s Supper and reflect on the Eucharist.
🗓️ Day 40 (Good Friday): Fast, pray, and meditate on Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross.
